Farther Than I Ever Thought

I was global CFO in Fortune 500 companies. I started far from HQ, in very junior roles. I can't complain- getting there certainly was a great journey.

I worked and lived in seven cities, across four countries. I met and learned from amazing people, and made more mistakes than I thought my career could survive. Some of these knocks were painful, but those taught me the most.

But, even as I got there, something was missing.

So, I decided to step down (so many thought I was nuts... and I didn't care) to satisfy this longing of focusing on what I enjoy the most: helping others not only get their careers to where they want and can take them but going beyond, helping them grow, find their center, and become whole.
